ID 53927 is new in city and he was not aware of the rule to always keeping a POV for these event.

That shot he hit was also clean and this is the first time ever he is getting called for a POV request as well.

Please can you do a PC check instead, that's an request.

Please give him a chance and I will make sure to collect his POV after every event.
