I want to file a complaint against users with IDs 114924 and 98591. I've been waiting for a response from the admin regarding my investment, but during this time, these two users initiated an unsolicited RP situation and punched me. AT 20:38}
Additionally, please take appropriate action against users 114924 and 98591 for their disruptive behavior.

GR 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
