Life Story:
Mark was born into a middle-class family. His father was a decorated army officer who was killed in action. After his death Mark saw how the government treated his father's death and that turned him into a bitter person. Mark grew up to be a police officer at the request of his mother. At the age of 30 when Mark's mother died of illness Mark took a transfer to Los Santos. But Mark's distrust of government is still there in his heart. As helpless as he felt after failing to change anything in the government in the end Mark gave in and became a corrupt officer himself. But his late father's honour is still inside Mark's heart somewhere.
Career Story:
Mark Spector is a diligent and devoted worker who joined FIB because of the morals exhibited by his late father, who was killed in action. He has put in a lot of effort to keep up the appearance of a strict LEO. As the Deputy of FIB believes in Yin and Yang, the necessity for the ultimate balance in life, for both the lives he leads in the city and FIB is the beacon of hope in the city, his dedication has been recognized by those exceptional HCs, and he has been swiftly promoted to an HC post himself.

1. Mark can ask criminals to drop their weapons and items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not FIB items)
