I started in Grove Street as an orphan, wrapped in mystery. The city's rhythm was crime, and I climbed to be a deputy in the Bloods and Marabunta gangs. These rough streets taught me strategy. As a deputy, I swayed in the dance of gang dynamics. But, with a heavy criminal past, I sought redemption. The FIB's offer was a chance. From deputy to a secret agent, I walked the thin line of loyalty and undercover life. 1. Senpai can ask criminals to drop their weapons and items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not FIB items)
2. Senpai can take bribes from anyone. lower sentences or remove them entirely from family/friends/strangers who are willing to pay for it (Max $100K)
3. Senpai can be a hostage for money. (100k maximum) and Senpai can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands. (without breaking GR 6.15)
4. Senpai can lie about a lawyer if he's available or not and Senpai can loot guns and ammo from downed people. (not when the situation is under fire)
