Life Story:
Carlo West was born in a Middle Class Family in Los Santos Where He grew up there with his parents & two Little Brothers. He hails from a family with a strong tradition of law enforcement, as his father served as a dedicated law enforcement officer as well. So due to the influence of his father from the very beginning, he was immersed in a world where the values of law and order held a special place & His childhood was marked by a deep sense of respect for the principles of justice and community safety instilled in him by his father.
Career Story:
Carlo West journey into the world of law enforcement began when he decided to join the FIB at a young age as He was Inspired by His Father. He quickly proved himself as a capable and diligent officer. His dedication to duty, coupled with a strong work ethic, propelled him through the Deputy Director of FIB . As a Deputy Director Carlo has received numerous commendations and accolades for his service to the community. He has always been at the forefront, ready to respond to emergencies and uphold the law. His approachable demeanor and genuine concern for the well-being of the residents of Los Santos have made him a trusted figure in the community.
Outcomes :
1. Carlo can ask criminals to drop their weapons and items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not FIB items)
2. Carlo can take bribes from anyone. lower sentences or remove them entirely from family/friends/strangers who are willing to pay for it (Max $100K)
