as you can see sir i was with my friend waiting for the solar panel to end and those guys came off-road with non off-road cars,
they started to give me demands and you see in the video that i did put my gun away and i was leaving area exactly like he said but he started shooting
which mean he broke Gen Rule 1.15.

i was far and no gun in my hand u cant shoot me .
The GR 1.15 is clear "When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them." Sir If running isn't a proof of leaving idk what else
