as u can see the pov the mic is on and if u hear clearly u will hear i have said all the commands . the voice is a bit low the voice of the people nearby me is too loud . but u can see from two above povs mentioned above.

regarding the legitimacy of the arrest, look for a lawyer as its IC issue
