I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to discuss a recent ban I received for violating general rule 6.17. I'm a bit puzzled about the ban because I had previously received a ban on my main account for the same rule. I took that ban as an opportunity to learn and improve my behavior. Despite these changes, I still found myself being punished for general rule 6.17. I want to assure you that I was actively recording all overlays during my gaming session. In fact, I have a 20-minute video recording that clearly shows all overlays in action. I was sharing my friend's video and other content during this time, and you can see that all overlays were recorded in the video. Here's the proof: [

I hope this evidence helps clarify the situation, and I kindly request a reconsideration of the ban. I genuinely want to abide by the rules and enjoy a fair gaming experience.
