Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

ID 32575 will receive punishment for Event Rule 1.1
(Event Rule 1.1: Teaming is strictly forbidden (except events where it is systematically))

However ID 91715 will not receive punishment for Bug Abuse as he didnt take advantage of the free cam in the POV​
