2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

- To Help the community

One of the main reasons I want to be the leader of EMS is to further help the community of LOS SANTOS. EMS provides care to everyone in the city, even if it's all the way up in Mount Chiliad or in the city, EMS will provide care. While leading EMS I want to ensure these needs are met and the people are properly cared for. I also want to use this time to get to know the community. I also want to improve the PR of EMS by hosting events that will interact more with the community. EMS is specifically meant to help people, And I will ensure that need is met 24/7.​

- To ensure EMS is held to the proper standard it is meant to be held at

EMS is a very special organization, the only organization to never disband. The expectation for medical attention to always be provided 24/7 is very special. It creates a special unique organization that I want to lead. I plan to create a friendly and non-judgemental working environment where all staff are cared for and paid for their work. I want to make sure EMS is truly on top! I will ensure all rules are followed and both SH and PH are always being filled.​

- My experience in the city and EMS

I have vast experience in EMS, as an HC, ARO, Medical professor, etc. This experience has taught me many valuable skills that will help me throughout my term. With my leadership skills, skills using rosters, calculating bonuses, training, creating documents, hiring correct high command and staff, and activity I will be an amazing fit for a leader. I also have lots of money I am able to contribute to the organization and its members. I have experience as an HC in other organizations, HC of HR, and other high-ranking positions that further help me improve the organization. I have over 35 years in the city, So I have learned the ins and outs of the city and all the rules to know.​

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- Creating bigger better events, I want to have a plan for PR events from EMS. My chief of PR will be experienced and will be able to plan good PR events to boost EMS's image and get more staff into EMS. I will ensure these events are high quality and have a good cash prize, And it will be fun.

- Too many times are there people brandishing weapons in PH or SH, harassing Employees, and breaking more laws. Due to this, I will be working directly with SAHP/LSPD/FIB to try to find a solution to this problem. If it means staffing lobbies with LEOS and other things we will find a way.

- Medruns will be common, I will ensure every org is stocked, and if they ever drop too low we will ensure a medrun is carried out.

- I make sure employees are always paid for their work, and with that, all lobbies are stocked. I will ensure training is being done correctly so no mistakes are made. All staff and their work will be counted, and promotion ceremonies will be held every 1 - 2 weeks. Employees will get promotions if hard work is done + lots of money!

- I will ensure that all employee's needs are met, I will listen to them not only as a leader but as a fellow employee, and I will also take feedback.
