Rejected Unban Appeal | GR 1.1 1.4

I got a perma of GR 1.1 + 1.4 and don't know why I don't have more than 2 accounts one was in NG HC and another was in FIB and never shared any account.
I am now appealing for an 30 to 60 days ban on my main account (155737) and the other account can be deleted.

I will tell the full story so when this guy named as roney rangari was my brother friend in en2 that time we had 1 device to play so we play one by one then we got another device to play so we needed 2 account due to some reasons they had to change the server to en1 so this guy roney helped my brother by giving him his 2nd account and my brother took my twink account to play after some time he changed the pass and then finish.

So I just want to Inform that it maybe a confusion between accounts he has 2 social account one has his main and the other twink and he gave the other social account which has his twink where I logged in with my twink so you thought we are sharing GRP account but no my brother took his social account and login with my twink account.
