2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1) I want to be a leader because I have a lot of experience in RP. I've been in several organizations, but I believe that the EMS is the best fit for me. I've been there for a long time and have gained enough experience to be an EMS leader, and I believe that I can lead the EMS well and help citizens improve their health and well-being.

2.2) I want to assist Los Santos in terms of supply quality, healthcare service, and many other areas in order to develop a city with less illness and infection. I do my best to keep medicine supplies in the hospital so that I can treat the patient to the best of my ability. As a result, I want to be an EMS leader.


2.3). I know I have the confidence and the spirit to be a leader of EMS and lead a community toward a good lifestyle and fitness I can manage the people very well and I have good communication skills.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


3.1) I will Hire experienced and knowledgeable Field Training Officers (FTOs) who can conduct these sessions. FTOs play a vital role in shaping new recruits and ensuring they understand the protocols and procedures thoroughly.

3.2) I will Educate the community about emergency medical services, basic life support techniques, and the importance of prompt medical assistance during emergencies. Conduct interactive sessions to address questions and concerns of Citizens.

3.3) Enhance communication within the EMS team and with other RP factions. Clear and efficient communication is crucial during emergencies. Encourage active participation in discussions, promote respectful dialogue, and ensure that everyone feels heard and valued.

3.4) We will Organize regular scenario practices and drills for EMS members. These exercises simulate real-life emergencies and help EMS medics improve their response times, communication skills, and teamwork. Constructive feedback from these practices can significantly enhance performance during actual RP situations.

3.5) High Command (HC) meetings is essential for the effective management and coordination of EMS activities. Ensuring that these meetings are held consistently allows for strategic planning, efficient communication, and the swift resolution of any challenges that may arise within the EMS faction

3.6) we will regularly give bonuses and incentives such as "Employee of the Week" awards and the esteemed title of "Hero of the Medic" to individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication, skill, and compassion in their duties.

3.7) I will to keep every lobby with at least 1 Medic 24/7 Medical Services Online for Citizen
