2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I am Luffy Singh. I am interested in becoming the leader of EMS because it was the first ever organization I have ever worked for. I have worked for this organization for the longest period of time that I have spent in this city. I was former DCHR (Deputy Chief of Human Resource) in city 2. I was lead paramedic and was suppose to become a HC but unfortunately due some issue I had to leave the organization. The most important issue with the organization in city 3 when I used to work in it was the level of toxicity in the High Commands, they were very egoistic of their rank. I want to create an environment in the organization so that everyone who joins this organization feels welcomed and respected. I want to make this organization the best it can be because I love this organization.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

• I want to make sure that there is proper communication between each and every member of the organization regardless of their rank.
  
  
• I want to make the training system of the organization a little more flexible by permitting all the FTO’s to take their amount of time and also give the Trainees their required time to catch up with the radio codes I have noticed it that many of the Trainees don’t follow the radio codes properly which degrades the level of RP possible and the experience of the people working in the organization.
  
  
• I want to make EMS more involved with other organization which will open the doors for more and interesting RP situations which will also gain more interest of people working alongside us.
  
  
• I would like to make the log system of the organization a little more simple and remove those section which are not needed, which will make it easier for new comers to enjoy working in the organization rather than thinking about the logs plus it was also make the job of HC’s to maintain the paperwork more easier so that they also have sufficient amount of time to spend in the city and work as a normal employee.
  
  
• I want to make some changes to the rank system such as removing some of the unnecessary HC ranks which I feel are not needed and also make some changes to FTO’s rank accessibilities.
