When I went to help the person I was calling, I was exposed to this situation. (by two people using Issi)

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
  • They are performing a criminal act by Ramming you with their car (trying to run you over etc) Hence I will be punishing them for Gen Rule 6.5
  • ID 109999 and ID 109773 will receive a punishment for violation of Gen Rule 6.5
