We were doing a store robbery and this LEO decided to leave the zone randomly while in middle of fight, And i have the right to shoot him as its an IC situation and RP is going on. you can check this forum as a similar situation to mine Rejected - Event Rule 1.11 | State Orgs

Also i want to complaint about the admin cuz there were 42 LEOs inside which they broke Event Rule 1.4 and they are not punished for it..

If the excuse for him leaving zone was they were more than 40 and they have to leave this turns out OOC in a IC situation, LEO should count themselves before enter as the top right numbers panel is OOC

admin will provide compensation in game for wrong punishment
142636 gets warn for running out of zone (abusing zone) and provoking for violation of rules for making complain
