- Fission can request criminals to relinquish their weapons and items, retaining them for personal use or selling them on the black market (excluding FIB items).
- Fission can accept bribes from individuals, potentially reducing or entirely eliminating sentences for family, friends, or strangers willing to pay (up to a maximum of $100K).
- Fission may become a hostage for monetary gain, with a maximum ransom of $100K, and can resort to lethal force if those individuals fail to comply with his demands, provided it doesn't violate GR 6.15.
