Leader of San Andreas National Guard
1.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.1)Since working in NG, I have worked my way up from Private to Major General with the goal of doing what the National Guard needs. I gained experience and knowledge that will help improve the National Guard and expand its operations.
1.2)I strive to have good relationships with all other organizations. I want all National Guard members to be respectful and professional at all times while on duty.When it comes to the National Guard as an organization, I will strive to make it a great organization and work closely with other organizations to provide assistance to everyone in their time of need.
1.3)I'm also calling for training and development for each National Guard unit. It is rewarding to play a role in the training and development of individuals within the National Guard. It's important to be prepared to respond effectively to a variety of events.
2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
2.1)Realism is key. By making training as realistic as possible. Prepare participants for events by recreating real-life situations. The more authentic the experience, the better the training.
2.2)Sense of Duty. Leading the National Guard creates a sense of duty and responsibility. Knowing that you are part of a force that protects and supports your community creates a strong sense of purpose.
2.3)Feedback and Debriefing. After every exercise, behavior thorough debriefings. Discuss what went well, what will be improved, and accumulate enter from all participants. Continuous comments is important for improvement.
