1. Leader of Ballas.
Why I Want to Be a Leader of This Specific Organization:
From the beginning of the city till now the amount of love I have for the Ballas gang has never faded, From being the first-ever leader to being the 10th leader of Ballas again and again I've made Ballas the best and the most active gang whether it was having Max numbers, turfs, or activity. I come back to retake Ballas and make the best out of it again with my new and way better strategies than in the past. especially complete my 100% and be the first person to complete 100% by Ballas.
Management:
I will have all the deputies from different zones again so that we can do all the events regularly and without skipping a single event. I will also make sure that everyone in my gang knows how to do different events and how everything works, So all the people in my gang will be equally skilled and capable of doing things on their own too. I'll be having 3 Deputies just to get all the events done and will do more than the weekly requirements like we used to do. The 4th deputy will be dedicated to turfs and having the top-notch shooters to absolutely destroy other gangs in turfs, Our turfers won't only come on turf days but, they all will be active 24x7 for events too so that we never lose an event and dominate in every single one.
Besides all this Ill be having special shooters for events as well, who'll be specialized in making new different, and bold strategies with their Intelligence, skill set, and flexible execution.
My Role:
While our dedicated deputies and HC's focus on the day-to-day operations, my role is to act as a vigilant overseer. I am committed to ensuring that every aspect of our Gang is executed flawlessly. I keep a watchful eye on my team, providing support, guidance, and supervision when needed. My dedication to perfection is not just a goal; it's a standard that I uphold to guarantee the success and effectiveness of our endeavors.
My commitment to leading Ballas is unwavering, and I have set a clear objective: to complete our term without a single warning or flaw. This means that every move, every decision, and every operation will be executed with precision and utmost care. I focus on excellence and unity, and I'll leave no room for errors in building a legacy of success in Ballas.

Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization:
Training: I will make sure to have a special team of HC's that will Train/Guide all the new people in the gang on how everything works and how to do different activities and events. From the very basic ghetto robbing to doing big events like Subs and FZ's.
Communication: I will make sure that not only the actions done by gang members are correct but also the way they behave and talk in RP situations. In order to improve RP there should be better and real interaction. I will make sure everyone knows how to behave like a gang member and how to get things done while following a gangster's character
