Rejected unban appeal(got banned without disobeying the rules)

I was not playing grand rp since months as i was busy with personal reasons but when i got news about new update from my friend i thoung of joining again and when i tried to login i saw a ban which was without any reason.I kindly appeal to unban my id as i was playing fairly.(i can provide whatever details required to check whether i have played last time on my device)
