2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I'm playing on Grand for over 2 Years now and had multiple Leader positions on the german servers. I was always in Ballas pretty much on the german servers,
so it's my favorite gang color. I will bring alot of german friends from DE servers for turf and general activity. I also want to hold that gang and dont get it closed
after 2 weeks. Im a big fan of the location as well, in the heart of davis.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I want to make a well structured gang. (No Hotel invites)
Before people are able to join the gang they will undergo a test where there RP Skills are tested.
Regular Ammo/Shop Robs with exiting Concepts, to improve the RP between State & Crime.
Active Event participation to have a filled up warehouse.
I will use the Money of the gang to buy circumcised shotguns and other usefull things, to put the gang at an Advantage.
Army Convoi Heists for Santa masks that will be sold for gang supplies.
