Rejected is it wrong to park a food truck near rental women at the hospital

i got jailed for 1 hour for just parking the food truck near the rental women at the hospital and some other guy blocking the way i already told them to remove the truck from the way and the admin sent me to jail for this only.
is it illegal to park over there.
