I will explain and i hope to read this:
In [14:58] st i was see this id:25801walking around i think he was from sahp/lspd after that i take this id :15985 to change his name and he was following us and u can see i was closing doors i didnt think he was from outside because i was closing the doors
in [02:31] pov time i ask id:25801 for his id he Failure to identify and he said im out of duty and i said go to duty and come show me your id and i said if u are here i have the right to ask you for id
he said im from governement
after this big conversation i was focusing on id: 15985 [03:30]pov time (changing his name)
u can see this sahp guy let the doors open and i close it
[05:02]pov time i see this id:38859 asking for changing his name and i said i will back after 2min to go back to check id:25801 evrething u can see from pov
in [05:48] i ask him for pasport after see his pasport i tried to cuf him as an rp i should cuff him for my safety i open my pda to check if he working in gov or not after i check i found he is not in any of state org i drag him by the arm in [07:20]
in [07:33] i ask him for jump suit again i ask him for size of jumpsuit [08:10] and i said u are arest for Failure to identify after this i take him to jail and i get gen 6.4
