Life Story:
Andrew Nicholson originated from London, where he grew up with his parents in a bad area, known as Brixton, with this being where Andrew grew up he used to stay inside a lot and became an introvert. He would do nothing other than play video games by himself. That was until both of Andrews parents became victims of a hit and run, unfortunately both of his parents passed away. This was when Andrew changed his life for the better. He moved to Los Santos to start afresh, started trying to make friends anywhere he could. Haunted by his parents past and the business of Los Santos city Andrew become a home-body again and rarely left his house, unless he was working, to which he made many of friends and started going out with his best-friend, Andrew Kors. They would venture up and down the city on or off duty, wishing to make something of themselves someday, the only downside was they loved to spend money together, strip clubs, bars, clothes, cars. Anything they could get their hands on!
Career Story:
After deciding Andrew needs to make a life for himself, he decided to join an LEO organization, starting off at USSS Andrew started to get his life together and gradually became more friendly with people. But it was not long lasting, Andrew decided that USSS is just not the organization for him. He hated it there, standing gates all day selling gun licenses. It wasn't for him. So he took a break, and decided that LSPD may be for him because of their different range of departments. He applied. And in turn was accepted for an interview, aced the interview and became and completed all training. Andrew loved LSPD, every day is a different day. Andrew loves busting crime, especially when they are least expecting it, hence why Andrew joined IB, and is on track to become one of, if not the best Undercover Police Officer Los Santos has ever seen in its history!
Outcomes:
1. Andrew has bad money problems so he can take bribes (up to 100k)
2. Andrew can use any gun, legal or illegal, on duty or off duty (no org weapons off duty)
3. Andrew can sell/trade/buy at the black market
4. Andrew can destroy bodycams (/try to find bodycam /do destroys bodycam)
5. Andrew can remove criminals/friends from wanted list or reduce sentence and be paid for it (up to 100k)
6. Andrew can refuse to show ID to keep identity private
7. Andrew can refuse to provide a 10-15 with a lawyer/lie about getting one
8. Andrew can take guns from crime scenes (no org gear)
9. Andrew can use truth serum and any method of torture to get answers (with proper RP commands)
10. Andrew is not required to read Miranda Rights/Charges to a 10-15
