Hello Admins,

I just wanted to reach out and offer a heartfelt apology to you and the Grand team. I made a mistake by having a Cheater Redux on my PC, even though I never used it in Grand.
I didn't really think through the consequences of my actions and how they might affect others' gaming experiences. What I did was wrong, and I'm truly sorry.
Since then, I've removed the Cheater Redux from my PC. I'm open to going through any necessary checks to show that I genuinely want to play the game fairly and honestly again.
I'm hoping you could consider giving me a second chance to unlock my account. I've learned from my mistakes and I'm committed to contributing to keeping the community free from cheaters. Using an unchecked Redux for EN03 was also my fault, and I'm sorry for that as well.Once again, I apologize for my actions, and I appreciate your understanding. I will never use a unproofed redux again.
