We have hostage and they still show no fear for the hostage.
Once higher admins said no matter how toxic gangs are leos should stay calm and deal with the situation. This happened in 4 situations today. Every time this ended with both the hostages dead and also the leos. The same situation continued for 2hrs and last time admins involved and told leos to stop provoking the gangs and save the hostage.
And if you think I am provoking its RP. They were pushing us and that kinda Rage is expected form gangs.
Another POV where they pissed us off for like 30 mins and ruined the situation.

Gangs can talk like this, they are gang members, its leos job to secure the hostage at all costs, if the other side is breaking rules, continue and just report after, Speaking to the gang members in this way caused failed negotiations.

FIB will receive punishment for Failed Negotiations/not fearing for the hostages life.
