Rejected Stalling - Possible MG | 38935

After I had killed this guy in the ghetto it seems as if he was on a discord call with his friends telling them to come help him. As you can see at the start there is no cars but later on 2 bugattis pull up and start shooting at us to help their friend. As we told 38935 to put his hands up and drop his weapons he took a long time to do both which makes me think he is most definitely MG as he doesnt want to lose his items.
