Life story:
Metin Hardy is 21 years old and he borned as a citizen of Azerbaijan. He lost his parents in a car accident when he was only 7 years old. Metin was badly wounded, and his uncle, who lived in Los Santos, took him there with him. His uncle was not living well here, and Metin began to continue his life on the streets of San Andreas. In a short time, his uncle's financial situation worsened further. Growing up in a city where crime, corruption and poverty were rampant, Metin witnessed the struggles of ordinary people from an early age. His aim now was to escape from this life, find the right path, reach justice and forget the bad days by becoming rich.
Career Story:
He did not give up under these bad conditions and moved towards his first goal. Metin joined the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) in hopes of clearing the streets and restoring justice. Metin rose rapidly, worked at SAHP and Fib for a while, then returned to LSPD. Metin did even better after returning here, received a new rank and became Watch Commander of Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT). Metin was also working in the Investigation Bureau and doing good work. Now continues his duty as SWAT Captain. By this time, he had seen and learned a lot and his eyes began to open. Metin suddenly found himself among them and had to make a choice. The things he was offered were too good to refuse.
Outcomes:
1-Metin may break any prisoner out of the DOC utilizing the darknet.(1 per day)
2- Metin can lie about requesting an attorney, or deny one.
3-Metin can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /do destroys it , 2 times per situation).
4- Metin can refuse to show his identity by lying to keep his identity a secret. (Wrong name)
5- Metin can sell/trade/buy at the black market
6-Metin can use any gun available, legal or illegal, on duty or off duty (not org weapons).
7-Metin can go to Ghetto off-duty and kill/shoot anyone for his own profits or his friends and can rob anyone with family members (No fight/rob against LEOs)
8-Metin believed in his own justice, so Metin can detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill anyone (following server rules and with rp reason).
9-Metin can remove/reduce stars from criminals/friends for a reasonable bribe upto 100k.
10-Metin is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for his own benefit. (Not in a gun fight)
