To start off Skully is a crime admin and should know; when a report against an entire organization is made only the curator of the organization or the senior curator are to decide the outcome. Skully was the admin who responded at the time and claimed he dealt with the situation and already issued a warning which by these images prove to be a false claim and that the report was denied with no proper reason.

The rulebreaks in the evidence I posted were in regards to the entire organization and their actions, which is not up to just any level 2 admin to decide.
