i got perma banned for account from jetix wail.i dnt have hacked acc .please check my logs and ip

117.208.184.190.jetix bro telling i got benfeciary from selling items to 53792.i solded throught ads only . i bought the set aroung 90 mil and sold for 85m i not got any profit here.53792 the guys who hacked his account got banned138843.please consider my request because this is hallowen time . i not have done any mistake .please kindly consider my request. as in the perovious form told no link provided here is the link sir
