I gave a pull over demand as the person was driving on the opposite side of the road when they stopped to talk to us. Was clear that he wasn't pulling over so I blocked his engine and he started shooting at me right away without giving any demands.

Hello dear Pixy Spinky!

Firstly, engine blocking is absolutely fine even without any demands by the OOC rules! I don't have to give you 3 pullover demands before blocking the engine.

Secondly, yes, even if I blocked your engine, I am not engaging in any kind of shootout or even a violent situation with this action. All I do is stop your car because you didn't pull over on my request. So if you want to shoot at me you have to engage in RP such as giving demands as per General Rule 6.15.

Lastly, I am not "fucking dumb", and I am not anything else. I reported a rule break on forums and I don't know what I personally did to you for you to insult me like that. Reminder, forums are OOC and not IC, so you are insulting me as a person who I am IRL, and not the character I am playing in the game.

Few clarifications to begin with:
- Engine Blocking w 0 demands is ic issue,
- Engine Blocking a vehicle is not necessarily the starting of RP scene, Officer hasn’t even come out of his car to explain details on why you are stopped.
- Therefore it is considered RDM
