2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
* National guard is the elite force of power in the city, the clappers where practicing shooting comes at 0 expense, People that enter the FZ get shot, Being a leader of this organisation will be great, Everyone that attempts to trespass into the NG will be arrested, This is my aim as the leader, it will maintain the alite status of NG.
* Next reason is because of the enjoyment which comes out from being a national guard member, We will have huge bonus system and no one will be let alone unpaid for there actions, If you are an asset to the National Guard we will be giving awards, as well as promotions, I will have a promise with my organisation, that if I see potential in you, I will promote you, I won't leave any potential behind, Everyone's potential will be brought out buttifully.
* Final reason I will state is how much the city relys on NG, without NG, the police will have no weapons or ammunition, This can turn catastrophic, So that where I will step in, Making sure that all organisation warehouses are always running with a healthy capacity, Never letting our great city be won by the criminals. With the high commands going to the organisation headquarters, They will request how much ammunition is in there warehouse, If it's turning low, We will organise a ammunition run.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will maintain a great relationship between NG and all other organizations, We will become a huge power, I will bring alot of numbers to NG and other organisations will see the power of NG, when we arrive to situations, I will also have meetings with other leaders regarding making use of our base to 100% such as hosting training sessions for LEO'S inside the base, I will also be speaking to the governor onna regular basis to see how we can make ourselves most useful to the city, if there is a hotspot for crime, and NG have enough soldiers available, We can protect a cordon and close crime scenes, We will attend all raids, And will follow all laws and rules set to us. My team will be committed to national guard and make sure under all circumstances that the leadership comes out successful.
