Rejected Complain about police officer

Hi i want to complain about a police officer that i asked him for a laywer and he refused or didnt got me one and he hold me for more than 30mins
and he jailed me for that i have 2 stars when he found me at goverment and after the stars had gone he gave me 5 stars and put me in jail
