1. he came into black market to only fine car.
2. he fine my car when my car is not infront of him PG. ask his bodycam when he fine my car because i called my car at parking and came to black market and i got fine when i got fine so i turned on my bodycam.
3. when i asked him for his id so he starting acting that he cant hear me even i write show me your id he didnt.
4. when i came to lspd i talked to his hc when i said him i got fine etc. So he started acting he cant hear me in pov u can clearly listen my voice is commig back from his mic.
5. the guy who finned me there saying complain me.
6. the guy who finned me he even dont know fluent english so how he joined lspd.

So i need LSPD curator here to watch the situation because lspd is destroying rp they just know how to fine there there leader john fin he even dont have good deputy he change his deputy everyday i wanted to get lspd werbal or warning because this is not 1st time happeing with me but i am not a fourm cryer thats why i dont make fourm on little thing because i want to enjoy rp not to hurt someone but this is enough now

Seems to be an IC Issue they aren't breaking any rules they are allowed to go to black market only to fine and corrupt officers can buy/sell if you have any more POV of any Rule breaks please post another Forum!
