I got arrested for having a warrant of arrest

after seeing all the proof on the courtroom , saw that the sound in the bodycam was distorted wich make it unlawfull bodycam under the rule

1.7.5 Corrupted Evidence. A low-quality photo and video evidence, in which important objects and subjects are hardly distinguishable or severely distorted, as well as video, where the sound is not heard at all, is practically indistinguishable or severely distorted, are legally inadmissible evidence;

as part of state rules , 5.6 LSPD/SAHP/FIB require to have a bodycam for each arrest. | In the absence of evidence - verbal warning

IC issue. Literally no reason to request bodycam from Mark since
1. You didn't provide any POV of being arrested/process of being arrested
2. You just have a screenshot of you in a jumpsuit

Secondly, no proof of evidence being distorted. You just have screenshots which doesn't really prove anything.
Therefore, go make a complaint at Government.

Not ic issue since the case file is in possesion of the AG


1 - i provided bodycam proof screenshot of being arrested by mark spector and i have the right to request his bodycam

2 - it show i got arrested by that guy


and secondly under rule 5.6 i have the right to request the evidence ooc as part of the state rule 5.6 knowing that apparetly to what i heard , lawyers cannot be corrupt

If he doesnt show the bodycam he is breaking rule 5.6

Upon Reviewing the evidence I have decided to DENY this report.​

1. Again, No POV Provided from your side from the situation of your arrest to Review and no Complaint made by you against the process of Arresting and Processing by Mark Spector - FIB in this thread to request a POV.

2. Evidence provided as Screen shots are either of a 3rd Party or Insufficient. No Evidence provided for Corrupt charges against AG.

3. Validity of Bodycam with respect to a Arrest Warrant and its admissibility as Evidence in the Court is completely IC.

4. As for requesting the " Full Body Cam " Evidence against you in the Arrest Warrant which lead to your Arrest, which you claim to be in the possession of the AG can still be dealt and requested through a IC Process by making a Case File against the legality of the Evidence and the Arrest Overall.

5. A thread has already been rejected for the same complaint, for not providing your side of the POV from the Incident.
