Life Story: Night was from a poor family; his father can't earn that much. So, Night Wing born in New York but because of poor family condition they move to Los Santos.
They rented a cheap house at Chamberlain Hills, its cheap because at this place gang rule the area. One day Night dad go to buy some groceries. But didn't come back and another day police come at the house. Saying that Night dad start selling drug and when police try to arrest him. He pulls out a gun and while defending himself police shot him and killed him. Night mom died of heart attack after hearing this. Night lost both mom and dad. From a young age Night Started doing street race to earn money. One night after winning a race Night was coming home and so gang member circled him. And suddenly Family's Gang Leader show up. And said that your dad was not selling the drugs. Police set him up. So, after hearing this Night want to get revenge and then Gang leader offer him something. He said I will pay for your school and college. Go become and cop and work there as a infiltrator. Night agreed to this. And that's how Night journey start of becoming a cop.
Career Story: Night Got a degree and crack the SAHP exam. And he joins SAHP. He has good skills, so he got promotion fast and that Gang leader help him on the way.
Family's Gang leader turn his own man in to Night. Because he doesn't need them and more. And Night got famous for arresting criminals. And some time Famlys gang also help him to catch other gang member. In short Night Wing is getting promotion to Fast . And as time pass Night Wing is Chief of Staff of SAHP . And Night now is doing good for him self he rat out information. To his Gang friend and charge money for that. And sometime he go to ghetto and kill his rival gang member.
Outcomes:
2. Night Wing can go to black market to purchase ammo and guns and can go to the Ghetto while off duty for ghetto clapping ( can't go to any gangs HQ)
3. Night Wing can break any officers or citizens body cam (with /try twice only )
4. Night Wing can take Org weapons off duty but can't store it in warehouse or car trunks
5. Night Wing can lie about a lawyer if he's available or not.

7. Night Wing can reduce jail time sentences, remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free in prison if he decides to (Only friends/family or someone paying him well)
