this forum got closed under some circumstances that are special

I was arrested by a warrant of arrest signed by the governement

When i try to request the case file from the governement the thing is that nobody answer


as Nik payne said the issue can be dealt ic but it cannot because of 2 reason

There is 1 judge and 1 AG and both were part of that case file

there is no other judge to sign the casefile i would like to open and whenever i try to get in contact , it fail


that why i requested Mark spector bodycam as part of the state ture 5.6 , he should have the bodycam of the arrest wich could be used against nezar wolfy shady procedure as part of the state rule 1.8 which say that the governement should follow the law


He putted a warrant of arrest against me under unvalid bodycam (Corrupted sound)

Please higher ups admins can you look into the matter as i posted a proof of being arrested by an unlawfull warrant of arrest?

i would also wanna see if that warrant of arrest got signed ic

also under the state rule 2.12

The government should have at least two lawyers on staff who will be qualified and will be able, if necessary, to represent someones interests.


In my case , since there is only 3 lawyer in city
Nezar Wolfy (AG) who put the warrant of arrest against me
Frank Bellic (Judge ) who presumely signed the warrant of arrest
Daryll Scott (Lawyer) who may be not part of the situation but cannot help since he is just a lawyer

You'll be able to deal with this ICly. If you are requesting a body cam of "mark spector" you can do that ICly, and if he refuses after you have opened a case file, then you can make a complaint.

You will also have to have a POV of the situation where you feel the arrest was unlawful.
