Rejected For Mazhor

Hi Mazhor,i was banned like 1 or 2 months ago for G.P 1.8 and G.P 1.4 and when i was played i created new account,but after like 15 days i was looking rules and see i was breaked Rule 1.4,and i breaked 1.8 Rule when i was giving my brother (He is new player) some things to join RP better.Thanks
