I am writing to appeal the recent ban of my and my brother's account. I understand that there may have been a violation of the terms of service, and I would like to express my sincere regret for any actions that may have led to the ban. I assure you that it was not intentional and that I am fully committed to complying with all rules and regulations set forth by the Grand RP community.
I have been a dedicated and active member of the Grand RP from En2 and since the first day of En3. This game has not only provided me with countless hours of entertainment but has also allowed me to connect with friends and like-minded individuals within the gaming community. The ban has greatly impacted my ability to engage with this community and has left me feeling disconnected from an environment that I hold dear.
I kindly request that you reconsider the ban on my account and my brother's account. I am willing to comply with any necessary conditions, and I assure you that there will be no further violations of the terms of service from our end.
Actual matter is me and my brother are using same steam account as we are brothers(IRL) and we bought it together. Also John Spectre have contacted me regarding this matter in Voice channel(email) and also my brother wanted to explain the matter but unfortunately john was not allowing him to join it and also my brother was out of city and was not able to talk so he texted john that he would be at home in 40-50 minutes (proof are also attached) but john responded in dm that "Nope it's fine" then also he asked him to join VC or an moment so i can elaborate clearly. Then after some time when my brother log in his account and saw an admin notice about contacting John Spectre and sawing that i immediately contacted him in his dm. Then after that day when i open the game my account was banned and i asked my brother to whether he also got ban and he responed me that he is also banned. I am more than willing to discuss this matter further and provide any additional information required to support my appeal.As my brother account was banned before id-5061 which was his one and only main account but also got banned for twinking for that he appealed but was rejected by respected admins due to lack of information and till now it not unban i request for this also to look in this matter and my main(only one) account is Payal Yakuza[9165] and as he got banned and he then started using his twink account Drax Scarface[33064].It would be easy for you to understand the whole matter in VC if you arrange it.
I suggest to verify the logins of our accounts by IP address or anything and we ready to provide anything as proof for verification also we live far away from each other and also uses different laptop then how will it led to twinking. We never broke any server rule till now and if broken by mistake or by unknown we are sorry for that.
