The organization that is conducting the event: Los Santos Police Department
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
After the events of ADMIRALS MEMO, where gangs successfully managed to take the prototype weapon from the Jet on the Aircraft Carrier. Gangs have taken the weapon and loaded it on to a truck at the Purple Dino Gas station near DOC. They need to get it back to Vagos HQ next to the beach market. The LEOs have caught wind of the plan and have a sting operation set up near SAHP. There is a checkpoint active and heavy police activity in Sandy shores. So the gangs only option is to go via the highways - with no leader at SAHP, it seems like the safest bet for the gangs. Little do they know, the LEOs have already set up at SAHP waiting for the gangs convoy.
Part one: Gangs must convoy the truck around the highway all the way to Vagos HQ - the truck must be in the vicinity of Vagos HQ. LEOs must attempt to legally pick apart the convoy and attempt to stop the gangs convoy by using pit manoeuvres or follow their convoy to Vagos HQ. But due to the highly explosive package in the truck, the LEOs may not shoot the driver of the truck. So they must proceed with caution when taking out individual cars.
Part two: Defend/Takeover Vagos HQ - Should the truck make it to Vagos HQ, both sides must fight it out to ensure they either keep hold of, or take the weapon held in the truck.
Why this event: An interesting RP situation where the gangs will have to convoy and LEOs have to try and disrupt the convoy.
Role of Each Organization involved:
Gangs: Convoy to Vagos HQ and hold the HQ/protect the truck.
Legal orgs: Disrupt/stop the convoy.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Gangs: Jugulars, Carbines, 1 truck
Leos: Patrol cars, Carbines
Admin Requirements: Teleport everyone to event / Spawn cars / Give guns to participants / Watch over event
Rules of the event: no UB driving, no unnecessary CR (pit maneuverers are allowed to disrupt the convoy), no reviving. LEOs may perform pit manoeuvres to separate a vehicle and take out the occupants - occupants of the car may fight back, however.
How is the event won? Who ever takes control of the truck/Vagos HQ with no other participants of the other team left.
Prize for the winner: $1,000,000 between the winning team
