Dear Admins,
Here, You can see ID 54582 did clear Fail-RP, I was arresting him for the charges of PC 4.2( He was cussing my mother), but left him with warn then his ego got hurt He cuffed me without saying I am going to cuff you, Putted in the car first then said "Watch your head". How the incident started, First he made a wrong department saying LSPD to Last: Good copy! while we were in SAHP I did a 10-6 and made another department, for this reason he got offended and started giving me insults and doing Fail-RP
