firsty at the start only 1 leo shot me and he stopped after a few shots so i thought he stopped and stayed there to watch but then 5 other leos started shooting so i had no chance.
and secondly you see in a lot of cases of rdm people just standing there to get evidence of the guy and they dont get charged with fear rp.

like this post, same admin and pretty similar situation, you can cleary see that he did could try and defend himself but he decided not to.
