Dear Bobby,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out as the leader of Mandem INC to discuss some recent developments in the famwar scenario. After consulting with Fstoq, it appears that the initial reason for our disqualification was related to general rule 4.1. However, upon further investigation, it was identified as a bug and subsequently fixed. I appreciate your prompt review and approval, resulting in the lifting of the associated punishment. I would like to draw your attention to an announcement made by Fstoq, indicating that individuals with poor internet connections are not allowed to participate in famwars. A member from Ekips side was banned for not providing POV in a timely manner which means that he has slow internet. (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/529280/)
Examining the matchup between Ekip and Mandem, both parties faced bans that were subsequently lifted. Ekip received a ban for a member's delayed POV submission, while Mandem's ban was related to a bug, which has since been rectified. Given the resolution of both issues, it seems only fair that we are not disqualified, maintaining a balanced 1-1 score.
Concerning compensation, Ekip, if disqualified, is entitled to third place rewards. However, upon checking the post office, there is no indication of any items received. I find it perplexing that Mandem faces disqualification for a bug-related incident which was not done on purpose, yet no compensation or acknowledgment of this matter has been provided.
Moreover, I would like to express my concern regarding the communication from the famwar administration. It is essential that administrators adopt a more approachable and informative demeanor. When attempting to inquire about the reasons for our disqualification, I encountered difficulties in obtaining a clear response from Kareem, who suggested creating a forum. How can one create a forum when the reason for disqualification remains unknown?
I kindly request a thorough review of the situation, considering the points mentioned above. Transparency and fairness are crucial for maintaining a healthy and competitive famwar environment.
Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Saan Mandem
Leader of Mandem INC.
