Born in Milton RD (vinewood) Can grown up in vinewood in a very rich family . His father was a gangster . He was drug dealer, criminal and gang members . He got trained from his father and became a part of gang when he was 14 years old.When he completed his age of 20 years he became a good shooter and one of the highest command in gang. After a long time he felt guilty that he has been doing wrong and he murdered many people and robbed them and he was thinking to leave this things. So he decided to join Los Santos Police Department and wanted to be sheild of the citizens and wanted to serve himself for city.
Career story:
He joined LSPD at the age of 23 and he works well in the department and he is also a very good marksman that's why he got medals dozens of times from the president and the leader and now he is the Deputy Chief because of his skill and hard work in LSPD. He wanted to make money as a police officer because he was in gangs and he made a lot of money there and he didn't make profit in LSPD and he also wanted to take revenge on his enemies in other gangs and somewhere in Can he still has the habit of greed but his family and the people he loves are more important than anything else
