Most likely will be required to request POVs from 5420 and 25999 since it's not clear from my POV whether they shot me from outside of the circle or not.

Also, I have a question for the reviewing administrator, even though it's a circle event, doesn't gen 6.15 apply nevertheless? LEOs have to always give demands before shooting in BM raids, and gangs have to give demands in store robberies. So is BM raid different? Because gangs always just start shooting at LEOs with no demands and never get punished for it hence my question. It's outside of the ghetto, and I wasn't involved in any action with those guys prior. If gen 6.15 does apply in this scenario, I would like to request POVs all of 3 guys who shot at me when I didn't even have a weapon in my hands to see if they had IC reason to shoot at me or if it was RDM, in the case if it's not allowed that is.

ID 33934 will receive a punishment for PG.
As far as Event Rule 1.11 it doesn't seem like they were shooting outside Circle.
and to answer your last question it isn't considered RDM or Gen Rule 6.15 as BM is an IC event meaning them showing up to BM Raid IC they have the right to defend their items.
