Life Story: Jack was born in the streets of Downtown Toronto. He lost his father at a young age due to gun violence. Growing up Jack and his mom had very little money and were often in and out of motels, sometimes having to live on the streets. Jack got into the gang life in his teenage years joining the Dixon City Bloods. There he learned how to pickpocket, steal cars, rob atm's, and deal drugs. He grew to know many people and created a name for himself in the street. He started to make some money. This is where he developed his greed for money. Eventually he got tired of the street life and said he was going to clean himself up and live a proper law abiding life. However he didn't clean himself up fast enough. After 2 years of living the street life, his crimes caught up to him and he got locked up. He spent 3.5 years in Jail before being released due to overcrowding and good behavior. When Jack got released he said he was going to move to Los Santos to go and live a proper life. He joined the San Andreas National Guard. It was here that for the first time in his life, he lived a law abiding life. After a year of serving in the National Guard, Jack is missing his criminal life. The money doesn't seem like enough with these rising prices. He has seen so many criminals make so much money and not get caught, it would be so easy with his National Guard clearance.
Career Story: Jack decided that the National Guard would be the best place to start off his new life. He considered other organizations such as the LSPD or SAHP. He figured he probably wouldn't get any jobs there due to his rough past. After spending a year in the National Guard he has climbed the ranks significantly showing his hard work and dedication to his job. Even being one of the highest ranking soldiers in the National Guard, Jack feels the pay isn't enough. He is ready to use some of his old skills of robbery and bribe taking and becoming the richest National Guard Soldier in history.
Outcomes:
1- Jack can lie about lawyer or deny the right to a lawyer. (To ensure the 10-15 gets arrested or to force a bribe)
2- Jack can refuse to show his ID.
3- Jack can off-road a SUV car (Not non RP driving), and overspeed/reckless drive for his advantage with his good driving skill.
4- Jack can use illegal weapons on and off duty
5- Jack can loot/take weapons from gang members and other criminals. (Not in active 10-10 situations)
6- Jack can participate in family activities, etc.
7- Jack can take illegal items from a 10-15 rather than confiscating them.
8- Jack can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe).
9- Jack can remove any criminal record and is able free anyone from prison for a bribe (Darknet Once once a day).
10- Jack can engage in any unlawful activities both on and off duty. (This includes activities like off-duty criminal actions, but not directed towards other law enforcement officers.).
