1) I have experience in gangs like vagos,marabunta,bloods, etc.. and 1x deputy in ballas.
2)I ll make good bounes for our gangsters.. because our turfs earn from gang because they not get salary that's why.
3) And also attended events like (fz raid)(hostages)(store robbery)(highway robbery) etc.
4) if our one turf is wrong and break a rule i will try to fix the problem, I will tell them they not doing again.

I can handel any situation easily without any problem and also i will make most realistic rank system with functions and also do proper rp that's it...
