Jessica odds, decided to approved it and condemn us to 3 hours penalty.
My question is why?

- We were in a gas station located in a 'RED ZONE'.
- Nobody from our side knew he was robbing an atm.
- We didnt even get the chance to say anything, cause he started shooting us out of no where.

and most of all, HE was the one who shoot first, as you can see we didnt came with our guns out.
Claiming HE thought we were cops.. really? do we look like cops? do we wear an LSPD vest?
the guy panic and start shooting, so obviously we are allowed to defend ourselves.

So why are we being punished? cause we shot him back?
cause i got to kill even before he killed me?
you can clearly see he was about to shoot me aswell like he did to the first guy.

this is outrageous.

I confirmed this punishment with James before I issued it.

In conclusion... you are in a unscripted greenzone. He starts RDMing you .. no demands... in shooting back, you joined in with the RDM.

I would suggest in such cases walk away (as he was running, and you chased him in the alley to kill him) or contact an admin in the city for assistance.
