in this forum I reported someone for 3 cl but it seems admin ruby specter only counted 2 of them additionally the main problem was the bug abuse which again Mr specter didn't notice as you can see in first clip the suspect was unconscious but in second clip in distance you can see he came back to city and he was alive when no one else was near him to revive him.

Approved - Bug Abuse & CL | 159222

In total 3 CL and bug abuse in order to back alive in city after he was dead. in this clip you can see in distance that he came back in city and his car got respawned as well but he was alive.
