I don't think what I did would be considered UB demands if I'm asking gang members who are entering and leaving the zone to leave the area when they are so close to the edge of the zone to be considered UB since for 2 BM's in a row they have been provoking zone and extending the event for way too long, there was once an incident with Bloods where they gave me demands outside of the zone of the store robbery and it wasn't even considered UB demands and I do not see how this situation is that much different from that one.

Same person who tried escaping the area was still hanging around the edge of the zone with a few other gang members.
