As you can see in my POV, I tried to pull over ID: 4946 and you can see 3 cars with ID's: 28531 | 24633 | 24669 | 51419 in 3 cars comes out of nowhere to help his friend. This is a clear Meta Gaming. These people were not even there when i was trying to stop him but comes to save him.
